Work with all departments within the company to stremline processes, minimize duplicity in how the company creates & uses data, and develop/create easy to use tools & analysis (Business Intelligence). Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (this should be highlighted on your resume).
Will be responsible for suporting the company's teams by creating the functions necessary to drive internal processes and analysis in collaboration with all commercial teams. These functions include the creation of standard monthly data for management/field use, expanded reporting/analysis for special inquiries into business performances/trends, and assisting with support on the data systems used (ex: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PowerBI). Create and analyze operational metrics, as well as creating training/support documentation.
