Screw Machine Operator/Machinist

Immediate opening for a Screw Machine Operator/Machinist to operate multiple spindle automatic screw machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing precision-machined parts, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient machine operation across shifts.

Job Responsibilities of the Screw Machine Operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple-spindle automatic screw machines
• Produce parts to print and meet quality and dimensional specifications
• Inspect and gauge parts throughout production to ensure compliance
• Adjust machine settings, feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed
• Replace and maintain tooling, drills, taps, inserts, and coolant systems
• Load, monitor, and maintain bar stock to avoid production interruptions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Education & Experience of the Screw Machine Operator:

• Previous multi-spindle screw machine or machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Experience using basic measurement and inspection tools
