Duties include: 

• Preparing reports for DIR
• Ensuring all payroll Labor Compliance requirements are adhered to
• Working with PMs to obtain proper documentation for job reporting
• Auditing and managing all payroll reports
• Communicating with various agencies regarding job and payroll compliance 
• Working with subcontractors to obtain proper documentation for each contract regarding payroll requirements
• Researching contracts to ensure projects are reported and paid correctly and timely 
• Staying up to date on changing federal and state payroll regulations 
• Providing documentation in a timely manner for each project from beginning to end 
• Responding to notices from various agencies by researching and providing proper requested documentation 

Requirements: 

• Recent experience processing and managing certified payroll 
• Recent experience working in the construction industry 
• Solid understanding of both Davis Bacon and DIR certified payroll and prevailing wage
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to research and resolve payroll and project requirements to ensure compliance
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel with Pivot Tables 
• Experience with LCPTracker, or other Labor Compliance Software
