About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and analytical Summer Analyst to join a growing private investment firm for a hands-on, in-office summer experience. This role is ideal for students who are curious about private equity, acquisitions, and business growth and want real exposure to how deals are sourced, evaluated, and executed.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute directly to live initiatives that support investment strategy, market research, and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

• Identify & Research Investment Opportunities
  Source and analyze potential acquisition targets aligned with firm strategy.
• Pipeline Development & Outreach
  Engage with brokers, intermediaries, and business owners to help build and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
• Outbound Communication
  Participate in structured outreach efforts (including phone and email) with training and mentorship provided.
• Market Research & Content Support
  Assist with industry research, competitive analysis, and development of internal materials such as briefs, reports, and white papers.
• Operational & Administrative Support
  Provide day-to-day support across investment and portfolio activities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Technology & AI Tools
  Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency, research quality, and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
  (Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred)
• Strong interest in private investments, finance, or entrepreneurship
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
