Roll Off Dumpster Driver | Local Routes | Temp to Hire

Corporate Hiring Solutions is currently recruiting Class B CDL Drivers for a local company providing roll off dumpster services throughout South Carolina.

This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity for dependable drivers seeking steady Monday through Friday work, competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity for permanent employment.

POSITION DETAILS

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour for new drivers
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM
Extended Hours: Some days may run until approximately 5:00 PM
Travel: Local travel throughout South Carolina
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Direct Deposit: Every Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a roll off dumpster truck
• Pick up and deliver dumpsters to residential, commercial, and construction locations
• Transport dumpsters throughout assigned areas of South Carolina
• Safely load, transport, position, and unload containers
• Conduct routine vehicle and equipment inspections
• Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and job site personnel
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Perform other duties related to roll off operations as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class B CDL required
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Acceptable driving record
• Previous roll off, waste management, construction, or similar commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
