Corporate Hiring Solutions is partnering with a well-established diving services company located near downtown Greenville. With over 40 years in business, this locally respected company has built a strong reputation for reliability, expertise, and long-term client relationships.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and self-motivated Office Manager / Bookkeeper who can serve as the backbone of daily office operations. This role requires someone polished and dependable who can maintain structure and accuracy in a relaxed, casual office environment. (The owner occasionally brings pets to the office, so comfort around animals is a plus.)


Position Overview

The Office Manager / Bookkeeper will oversee day-to-day administrative and financial functions while serving as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and incoming calls. This role requires strong QuickBooks knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

The office atmosphere is laid-back, but there are busy periods that require focus, efficiency, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients (primarily contractors and vendors)

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

  • Perform bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks (required)

  • Enter invoices, payments, and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist ownership with administrative and operational tasks

  • Maintain organized office systems and documentation

  • Coordinate general office operations and support company leadership as needed


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of QuickBooks experience required

  • Previous office management and/or bookkeeping experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional communication skills (in-person and by phone)

  • Ability to self-pace and manage workload independently

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction

  • Comfortable working in a casual, small-business environment
