Entry-Level Leasing Consultant – Single-Family & Residential Property Management | Temp-to-Hire

Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is actively recruiting for a motivated Entry-Level Leasing Consultant on behalf of a growing residential property management firm specializing in single-family home rentals, with some multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show and lease single-family rental homes and select multi-family units
• Deliver professional, responsive service to prospective and current residents
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain leasing and tenant records
• Assist with basic accounting functions, including rent tracking and documentation
• Dispatch and coordinate maintenance work orders for properties
• Support ownership and management with daily operational needs
• Learn all aspects of residential property management with the goal of advancement

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable with data entry, administrative tasks, and basic accounting concepts
