🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
• Work with motors, control panels, sensors, and 3-phase electrical systems
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting (programming experience is a plus)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Install and maintain electrical components and machinery
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards

✅ Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, controls, and automation systems
• Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team environment
