Position Overview

Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is recruiting a Licensed Property Manager for a professionally managed multifamily residential community in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and resident experience performance of the property.

The ideal candidate will have prior multifamily property management experience and either hold a South Carolina Property Management license or be willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.

This position may require occasional travel to sister properties to provide coverage during vacations, assist with operations, and provide broader support to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the multifamily community to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality property management

• Manage leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and retention strategies

• Supervise on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams as applicable

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws

• Monitor budgets, expenses, rent collections, and overall financial performance

• Address resident concerns and maintain strong customer service standards

• Coordinate maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance

• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate property performance to ownership and leadership

• Provide operational support and temporary oversight at sister properties as needed

• Foster a professional, collaborative, and positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience (required)

• South Carolina Property Management License OR willingness to obtain license within 90 days of hire

• Strong understanding of property management operations and leasing best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to travel locally to sister properties as needed

• Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Property Management License

• Experience managing Class A or Class B multifamily communities

• Budgeting and financial oversight experience

• Experience supporting or overseeing multiple properties
