CHS Quality, a division of Corporate Hiring Solutions, is actively hiring Quality Re-Work & Inspection Technicians to support large-scale manufacturing and automotive production operations.

This position supports the inspection, containment, sorting, and re-work of high-end automotive components and requires exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are seeking team members who take pride in precision and understand the importance of quality standards within automotive manufacturing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform visual inspections on automotive parts and components
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming materials
• Conduct quality re-work and containment activities
• Sort and separate acceptable and non-acceptable parts
• Follow detailed inspection procedures and work instructions
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
• Support production and quality teams as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail is REQUIRED
• Ability to remain focused during repetitive inspection tasks
• Ability to identify visual defects and inconsistencies
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Previous manufacturing, inspection, warehouse, or quality experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass visual skill testing and attention-to-detail assessments
