Location: Semi-Remote / Hybrid
Pay: Hourly base + commission + bonuses (weekly pay)

About the Role
Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is hiring a Business Development Representative to support a growing company in the event services industry. This role is for a motivated sales professional who can self-generate leads, build relationships, and produce new business within the first 30 days.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do

Generate new business through networking, outreach, and community presence

Build relationships with event planners, venues, and industry partners

Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive visibility and leads

Attend and work trade shows and networking events

Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings

Use provided CRM, automation, and branding tools

Meet activity and revenue goals with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For

Sales or business development experience (event industry experience preferred)

Proven ability to self-source leads and close deals

Strong personal brand and local community presence

Self-motivated, results-driven mindset

Comfortable working semi-remotely with Teams meetings

Willingness to work events and trade shows
