Job Description

Machine Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining product quality, and keeping the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic manufacturing machinery and production equipment
• Monitor machines and production processes for proper operation
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Load materials and remove completed products as needed
• Make basic machine adjustments when necessary
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete basic production paperwork and documentation
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work an overnight shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and willing to learn
