Position Overview

Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is recruiting a Commercial Sales Representative for a well-established construction company based in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with prior experience in commercial construction sales who can develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with general contractors, developers, property owners, and other commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial construction sales within the Greenville and surrounding markets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and decision-makers

• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and sales presentations

• Collaborate with internal project management and operations teams to support successful project execution

• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts

• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial construction sales required

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction services, processes, and pricing

• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Familiarity with the Greenville, SC commercial market preferred
