🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming)
• Apply paint coatings using spray equipment and other industrial painting tools
• Ensure even coverage, proper thickness, and high-quality finishes
• Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary corrections
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper operation
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE usage
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality

✅ Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial, automotive, or locomotive painter required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Experience with spray guns, coatings, and finishing techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and hazardous materials
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
