Production Manager
Corporate Hiring Solutions is recruiting a Production Manager for a well-established manufacturing and distribution company in Clinton, SC. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on leader who can take control of daily production flow, inventory positioning, and outbound logistics across multiple facilities.
The selected candidate will serve as the operational extension of executive leadership, ensuring raw materials are ordered on time, production stays on pace, and truck shipments move efficiently each day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates clearly with ownership, and takes pride in pushing operations across the finish line.
This is a high-visibility role designed to become the operational extension of the CEO and COO, ensuring product moves efficiently from raw material intake through manufacturing, staging, and outbound shipment.
The organization produces approximately 25,000 bagged units weekly and coordinates 3–5 truck shipments per day, requiring a results-driven leader who can manage pace, priorities, and performance across plant and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of daily production scheduling and output across two manufacturing plants

Coordinate raw material ordering and inventory positioning to prevent production delays

Oversee staging and execution of outbound truck shipments

Manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading and vendor coordination

Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and workflow performance

Provide consistent operational reporting and actionable updates to executive leadership

Support customer fulfillment, account responsiveness, and real-time issue resolution

Partner with sales and accounting teams to ensure operational alignment

Provide structure, direction, and accountability to plant management staff

Identify and implement improvements that increase throughput and reliability
Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong sense of ownership and urgency in production-driven environments

Self-directed leader who can operate with minimal supervision

Highly organized with strong paperwork and documentation skills

Comfortable working between plant floors, warehouses, and corporate office

Mechanically inclined; experience with production equipment, maintenance coordination, or electrical troubleshooting preferred

Background in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or production supervision strongly preferred
