Corporate Hiring Solutions is actively hiring Set-Up & Break Down Crew Members for a premier, high-volume event venue located in Downtown Greenville.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support the behind-the-scenes execution of weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Position Overview

As part of the Set-Up & Break Down Crew, you will be responsible for preparing event spaces before guests arrive and efficiently resetting the venue after events conclude.

This role is critical to the success of every event.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment
• Arrange event layouts according to floor plans
• Assist with staging, décor placement, and room preparation
• Break down event spaces after completion
• Load and unload equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
• Work closely with event managers and staff

Qualifications

• Previous event setup, warehouse, or labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items (tables, chairs, equipment)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods

• Black shirt (clean, professional appearance)
• Black pants
• Black shoes

Additional Information

• Parking is limited in Downtown Greenville during events – plan accordingly
• Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• Event-based scheduling
