Position Overview

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while supporting the execution of high-end events at a single, established venue.

We are hiring both:
• Experienced banquet servers
• Entry-level candidates ready to learn and grow in hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces
• Serve food and beverages professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
• Follow service timelines and event instructions
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup
• Work closely with on-site event leadership and team members

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays

Dress Code (Required)

• Black long-sleeve button-down shirt
• Black pants
• Black shoes
• Black socks

A clean, professional appearance is required at all times.

Additional Information

• Parking is limited in Downtown Greenville during events – plan accordingly
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
