CORPORATE HIRING SOLUTIONS is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead a major construction business unit focused on mission critical projects, including hospitals and educational facilities.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with demonstrated experience managing the operational and financial performance of an entire business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Unit Leadership
Manage the overall performance and direction of the business unit while providing strategic and operational leadership.
P&L Management
Own financial performance, profitability, forecasting, budgeting and business development objectives.
Operational Leadership
Lead teams, establish performance expectations and ensure successful execution across the business unit.
Mission Critical Construction
Experience with complex institutional, healthcare, educational or mission critical construction environments is highly valued.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The client is particularly interested in candidates who have developed their careers within larger, established construction organizations and have progressed into significant business unit or division leadership responsibilities.
Strong financial acumen, leadership capability and a demonstrated history of building profitable construction operations are essential.
COMPENSATION
$200,000 to $250,000
Relocation assistance is available.
