Business Intelligence Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
· Labor Planning: Work with Beacon, an Excel-based labor demand planning Tool and interface with cross-functional teams to continuously improve labor utilization and operational performance.
· Data Analysis: Maintain and update data to support Beacon captured from ADP and company’s Liquid Frameworks, a cloud-based field operations software tailored for industrial cleaning. Perform ongoing data analysis and generate KPI reports to disseminate to management.
· Workflow Design: Create, update and follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to support labor planning and enhance efficiency conforming to safety.
· Project Management: Work with Beacon and various business/field operations groups to support continuous improvement initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
· Process Improvement: Analyze field cleaning operations, labor and equipment utilization to identify areas of opportunities and implement lean solutions.
Required Technical Proficiency
· Advanced Excel: Working knowledge of complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Data cleansing and visualization to track and monitor labor demand, utilization and performance metrics.
· Project Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage timelines for industrial service projects.
· Engineering Tools: Advanced Excel, Reporting tools and basic ERP systems experience is a plus.
