Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Estate Planning & Trusts practice. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team in a growing and dynamic office, providing legal services to a diverse range of clients.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Florida (in good standing).
• 2-3 years of substantive corporate or transactional experience, with a focus on tax and estate planning.
• L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
• Assist with the structuring and drafting of trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys in the firm’s Boca Raton office on complex estate planning and corporate matters.
• Provide legal counsel to clients with business interests and investments in Florida and beyond.
