  • Balance autonomy with non-negotiable operational and financial metrics
  • Lead executive and site leadership teams with accountability and clarity

Required:

  • Experience within a private equity–backed, multi-site healthcare organization
  • Strong operational leadership across ambulatory or surgical environments
  • Demonstrated Board and PE reporting experience
  • Proven ability to present to investors at a senior executive level

Preferred:

  • Ophthalmology experience (strong plus, not mandatory)
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership
  • Track record of EBITDA growth in a buy-and-build MSO model

  • Potential for partial remote flexibility after initial integration period

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000
  • Performance-based bonus (negotiable)
  • No equity at present; potential future opportunity tied to new equity partner.

Why This Role Is Compelling:
