GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and the preventive maintenance duties on various plant equipment.
Provides assistance to operations with machine setup as needed.

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs to various equipment.
Performs scheduled repairs & PM’s to various equipment.
Provides assistance to operations with machine setup as needed.
Uses technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic to aid in the troubleshooting and repair of various equipment.
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment
2+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines
