Job Description
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide a high level of legal service and client care
- Lead client consultations and meetings with confidence and professionalism
- Draft, review, and manage transactional legal documents
- Present practical legal solutions in a clear and business-minded way
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff
- Operate proactively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Collaborate in a team-driven culture built on accountability and mutual support
- Delegate work respectfully and effectively when appropriate
- Mentor legal staff while also remaining coachable and open to mentorship
- Contribute to a firm culture that values excellence, ownership, and healthy conflict
Qualifications
- Montana State Bar license required
- Transactional attorney experience preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Comfortable leading meetings and interacting directly with clients
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
- Demonstrated leadership potential, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset
