$41.56 – $62.34/hr ($86k – $129k annually) + Differentials & Bonuses

Available Schedules

We offer various shifts to help you maximize your time off in the mountains:

• 4-Day Work Week: (Monday–Wednesday + every other weekend) or (Friday–Monday).

• 5-Day Work Week: Monday–Friday (Afternoon/Evening shift).

• 7-On / 7-Off: Night shift with "Baylor Pay" incentives.

• Note: Rotating call is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities including X-Ray, CT, Fluoroscopy, and Surgical OR imaging.

• Maintain a high level of skill and autonomy while ensuring strict radiation safety protocols.

• Collaborate with a tight-knit clinical team to provide "connected care" in a regional hospital setting.

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences, aligning with our philosophy of personal connection and "PeopleCare."

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and (CT) certifications are both strictly required.

• Minimum of 1 year of current experience in radiographic procedures (3+ years preferred).

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) must be in-hand prior to start date.

• Ability to perform in a third modality is a significant plus.

• Confidence to work independently in a busy, sometimes unpredictable environment.
