Automation Maintenance Technician
Up to $29.50/Hour • Greater Green Bay, WI Area • Predictable Rotating 12s • Full Benefits Package
This opportunity offers a direct-hire career track for an industrial maintenance professional who is tired of toxic shop politics, random micromanagement, or chaotic schedules that leave technicians with scattered single days off. Operating as an exceptionally stable, state-of-the-art manufacturing leader in the Greater Green Bay area, this facility remains highly active and is currently investing millions back into major infrastructure expansion. Employee turnover here is remarkably low because the focus centers on long-term culture fit—people join the team, find their professional rhythm, and build lasting careers.
The organization runs a fast-paced, highly positive, and non-political environment where the maintenance shift functions as a tight-knit team. Technicians look out for one another and collaborate on solutions inside an environment built on mutual respect. Best of all, the highly predictable 12-hour rotating schedule is designed to optimize work-life balance. By grouping working days together, the schedule naturally delivers a massive, recurring block of six consecutive days off every single month. For a specialist who values long, uninterrupted stretches of time away from the shop to travel, hunt, fish, or spend time with family, this rhythm is completely unmatched in the region.
