If you are a senior robotics engineer who is feeling stuck running repetitive cycles at a massive, slow-moving corporate conglomerate, this direct-hire engineering track is your ticket out. We are a rapidly growing, highly respected, and certified custom industrial automation systems integrator in Waukesha County. Because we serve a deeply diversified, global customer base across multiple industries, our project pipeline is completely rock-solid and bulletproof against single-sector market downturns.

We don't do repetitive assembly lines here—we build custom, leading-edge machinery that has literally never existed before. R&D isn't just a buzzword on our wall; it is the core of our corporate DNA. Our culture values raw technical creativity, continuous multi-platform learning, and engineer independence. Management treats our engineering team as valued individual innovators, not disposable headcount numbers. Best of all, because we house our design teams and our physical assembly floor under one roof, you get the unique satisfaction of seeing your virtual simulation files transform into heavy, moving steel right down the hall.
