Schedule: Standard shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly. A 30-minute response time for call-backs is required.
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
- Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate’s degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
