Job Description

  • Advise on US project financings for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Handle holdco financings involving energy and infrastructure assets.
  • Work on US tax equity financings for energy and energy transition projects.
  • Support construction-to-back-leverage financings and related deal structures.
  • Negotiate credit agreements, collateral documents, and other core financing documentation.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled attorneys across offices and disciplines on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.
  • Manage key deal responsibilities while building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • 3+ years of directly relevant project finance experience strongly preferred.
  • Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with tax equity, tax credit, or related financing structures is a plus.
  • Admission to the New York bar is required.
  • Strong academic credentials, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative law firm environment.
