Director of Business Development – Life Sciences

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business growth across Biotech, Pharma, and Clinical Research organizations
• Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted workforce solutions partner
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing deals
• Develop customized staffing, FSP, and project-based solutions for clients
• Partner with recruiting and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional talent and results
• Create strategic territory plans and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies within Life Sciences

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of business development experience within staffing, CRO, Life Sciences, or consulting services
• Proven success selling into Biotech, Pharma, Clinical, or Healthcare organizations
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of GMP, GCP, clinical research, and regulated environments
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and negotiating service agreements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
