Note: Applicants must have at least 2 years of family law experience and be licensed, or clearly eligible to practice, in Wisconsin.

Job Description
- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
- Handle divorce, custody, placement, child support, maintenance, paternity, and restraining order matters
- Advise clients on legal strategy, risk, likely outcomes, and cost considerations
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and related family law filings
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
- Negotiate settlements and help clients resolve disputes efficiently where possible
- Advocate effectively in contested matters when litigation is necessary
- Maintain strong communication with clients and provide a high-touch service experience
- Work collaboratively with leadership and the broader team to support excellent client outcomes
- Meet a minimum billable expectation of 120 hours per month
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law attorney experience
- Strong experience handling divorce, custody, child support, and related domestic matters
- Ability to manage cases with a high level of independence
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills
- Courtroom and litigation experience preferred
- Wisconsin bar admission strongly preferred
- Mediation experience is a plus
- Professional, empathetic, and client-service-oriented approach
