• EXPERIENCE PROFILE 1+ year of professional, hands-on press brake operation, precision metal forming setup, and custom fabrication background
• BLUEPRINT LITERACY Complete capability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, structural blueprints, and layout specs independently
• WORK SCHEDULE Premier Weekend Shift configuration: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 12-hour days. Get your full-time hours knocked out in just 3 days and enjoy a permanent 4-day weekend (Monday – Thursday).

What You Will Be Doing

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating precision press brake machinery to form high-quality custom sheet metal components to exact technical specifications
• Reading and translating detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and job travelers to calculate bend sequences, tooling requirements, and material flat dimensions accurately
• Selecting appropriate tooling, checking machine parameters, and executing first-piece and run inspections to minimize material scrap and maintain tight tolerances
• Operating material handling equipment—including industrial forklifts and overhead bridge cranes—to safely transport heavy metal plate and components across fabrication cells
• Working independently and maintaining a steady, high-quality production pace across a structured 12-hour weekend shift layout

What We Are Looking For

• Forming Background: At least 1 year of proven, hands-on experience independently setting up and running industrial press brakes or heavy metal forming machinery.
• Drawing Interpretation: A strong foundational ability to read technical engineering blueprints and follow manufacturing routing sheets accurately.
• Weekend Alignment: Complete readiness and lifestyle alignment to succeed within a permanent Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shift schedule working with a high degree of independence.
• Material Handling Competence: Previous exposure to operating forklifts or overhead rigging systems is a major plus (we will provide full onsite safety certifications).
