Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses!

Join our dynamic team where we welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals. We offer competitive salary ranges from $32.61 to $49.28 per hour, with additional shift differentials of $4.00 for nights and $3.25 for weekends.

New graduates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $12,500, while those with over a year of experience can receive up to $20,000. Relocation bonuses are also available and will be discussed during the interview process on a case-by-case basis.

Work Schedule: Candidates are requested to specify their preference for day or night shifts and provide their availability for interviews, as hiring managers may reach out directly.

Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding, promoting, and restoring health and wellness. You will collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination across the continuum. Your responsibilities will include assessing physical symptoms, offering psychological support to patients and their families, mentoring team members, and upholding best practices and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing (Illinois or Michigan).
  • American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification is required before starting employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience as an RN in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Enhance professional growth by participating in continuing education and staying informed about accreditation, regulatory, and safety standards.
