Location: Hybrid opportunity based in the Chicago area, with regular travel to courts in Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Kane counties.
Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and have at least some attorney experience. Courtroom, criminal defense, DUI, traffic, or related litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings across multiple Illinois counties
- Handle a caseload involving criminal defense, traffic, DUI, and driver-related matters
- Advise clients on legal strategy, case risks, and likely outcomes
- Negotiate with prosecutors and advocate for favorable resolutions
- Prepare cases for hearings, motion practice, and trial when needed
- Review evidence, analyze legal issues, and build strong case strategies
- Work closely with internal support staff to keep cases moving efficiently
- Collaborate with attorneys on case coverage, litigation strategy, and client outcomes
- Maintain professionalism with clients, court personnel, prosecutors, and judges
- Travel as needed to courthouses in Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Kane counties
Qualifications
- Active Illinois law license required
- At least some attorney experience required
- Criminal defense, DUI, traffic, prosecution, public defense, or other courtroom-based litigation experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable appearing in court and managing client-facing responsibilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills
- Willingness to travel locally for court appearances
- Bilingual skills are a plus, not required
