Superintendent – Healthcare or Commercial

Location: Columbus, OH (Relocation assistance available!)

Compensation: $95K - $110K (Based on experience)

The Role

Join our Special Projects Group as a Superintendent! We are looking for an experienced leader to work alongside our project team and deliver high-quality construction projects on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Success: Partner with the project team to deliver quality builds on schedule and within budget.
• Plan & Review: Conduct thorough coordination drawing reviews.
• Manage Materials: Coordinate project materials to align with both field and design requirements.
• Track Timelines: Proactively manage and track material lead times to prevent delays.

What You Bring

• Proven background in Healthcare or Commercial construction.
• Bluebeam experience (Required).
• Experience with material lead time tracking (Required).
