Inside Sales Associate 

Join a global leader in cellular therapy and medical biotechnology.

This is an inside sales role focused on outreach, follow-up, and customer support.

What you’ll do:

• Call and qualify new leads; introduce products
• Follow up with prospects and active clients (CRM tracking)
• Answer questions, handle concerns, and troubleshoot issues
• Present new products/services and support sales efforts
• Escalate complex issues as needed

• Sales experience (medical device/pharma/software industry experience a plus)
• Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume
• Clear communicator; detail-oriented
