Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Garden City, New York.
Note: To be considered, you must be admitted in New York and have directly relevant experience in foreclosure and related creditors’ rights, collections, bankruptcy, and/or real estate litigation matters.

Job Description
- Handle foreclosure matters from initial review through resolution
- Conduct legal research and analyze case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and related proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders
- Manage deadlines and move matters forward efficiently across an active caseload
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver strong client outcomes
- Support related matters involving collections, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience in foreclosure law
- Active New York bar admission
- Strong litigation drafting, research, and courtroom skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
