Senior Manager, Product Management – Physical AI Solutions

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for a Senior Manager, Product Management – Physical AI Solutions to drive product strategy, innovation, commercialization, and growth across its Physical AI portfolio.

This leader will oversee solutions integrating AI, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, autonomous systems, and advanced sensing technologies to address infrastructure inspection and asset management challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.

• Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready solutions.

• Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership.

• Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth, adoption, and profitability.

• Establish strategic technology partnerships and identify new market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Robotics, GIS, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or solution development.

• 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.

• Proven success taking technology products from concept to commercialization.

• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MS, or other relevant advanced degree.

• Experience in utilities, telecommunications, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries.

• Background in AI-driven products, digital transformation, or integrated software and sensor solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, analytics, and enterprise software business models.
