SunState Health Staffing is recruiting Florida-licensed Family Medicine Physicians (MD / DO) for a well-established outpatient healthcare network in Ocala, Florida.

Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Care Physician / Family Medicine Doctor seeking a stable outpatient role with strong work–life balance, competitive compensation, and no hospital responsibilities. Physicians focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient wellness in a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule & Work–Life Balance

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No hospital rounds

• No on-call duties

• Optional after-hours or weekend shifts available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop individualized care plans, including lifestyle and preventive guidance

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation (EHR)

• Collaborate with clinical and care coordination teams

• Stay current with medical best practices and continuing education

Qualifications

• Active Florida medical license (MD or DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred

• BLS certification required

• Active DEA registration (Schedule II–V)
