French Connection Staffing is recruiting for a confidential, B2B luxury travel operations team that designs tailor-made journeys across the United States for a French-speaking international clientele. This is a back-office, administrative support role (no sales) focused on bookings, documents, supplier coordination, and quality-checking details before travel documents are sent.

Job description
• Process reservations and updates (bookings, modifications, cancellations, special requests) in coordination with the travel specialists
• Prepare, proofread, and update itineraries, vouchers, and client travel documents
• Confirm arrangements with airlines, hotels, and local partners and follow up until all services are secured
• Keep client files accurate and organized in Google Drive (you catch what others miss)
• Support the front-line travel specialists and customer care team with operational follow-through and French/English communications as needed
• Send invoices (training provided; simple process; low volume)
• Phone duty: once per week (includes some weekends) as part of the concierge travel hotline and United States point of contact for travelers (low call volume; training provided)

Requirements
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong professional English
• Experience in administrative support, travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and file management habits
• Comfortable working on-site in a structured office environment (Miami)
• Strong Excel skills (including calculations) and daily comfort with Google Drive
• Comfortable in a business-to-business setting with partners and suppliers; willing to learn Ezuz and other tools (training provided)

What is offered
• Full-time, salaried position based in Miami, Florida
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site) + phone duty once per week (inbound)
