Role Overview
This outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine position focuses on delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Physicians manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and wellness planning while working in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope family medicine and primary care services

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Create individualized treatment and wellness plans

• Educate patients on lifestyle, prevention, and long-term health

• Document care accurately using EHR systems

• Collaborate with clinical and care coordination teams

Qualifications
