SunState Health Staffing is hiring an APRN / ARNP for an established outpatient primary care practice in Pensacola, Florida.

About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. You will practice with clinical autonomy while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on quality patient outcomes.

Schedule & Work–Life Balance

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No hospital rounds

• No on-call duties

• Optional additional shifts available

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and physical exams

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness

• Collaborate with clinical team members

• Maintain accurate medical documentation

Requirements

• Active Florida APRN / ARNP license

• BLS certification

• Active DEA registration

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field

• Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
