Position Overview

Under the supervision of a Clinical Provider, you will deliver direct patient care adhering to the highest standards of practice. Your role involves following established protocols and contributing to a harmonious healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient interviews and perform timely and accurate triage.
• Record vital signs such as pulse, temperature, and blood pressure with precision.
• Maintain and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Sterilize medical instruments after each use and efficiently manage inventory.
• Perform diagnostic tests including EKGs, Glucose, INR, Urinalysis, and Rapid Strep tests.
• Administer injections, IV therapies, and draw blood for diagnostic purposes.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for prescription refills upon approval by the Clinical Provider.
• Provide confidential patient assistance over the phone.
• Support front office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and scheduling appointments.
• Execute additional duties as needed to support practice operations.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT, or RMA is essential.
• BLS certification is required; BMO certification is advantageous.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a back-office setting is preferred.
• Display a compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information.
