RN / ARNP
SunState Health Staffing has been retained as the recruitment partner for a well-established healthcare organization in Northern Florida seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP).
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care in outpatient clinical settings with occasional in-home visits. Working under established clinical protocols and, where applicable, physician supervision, you will contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused care environment.
SCHEDULE AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Monday through Friday, 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon

No nights or rotating shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct patient interviews and perform timely, accurate triage

Record and document vital signs including BP, pulse, and temperature

Prepare, clean, and maintain exam and treatment rooms; ensure supplies are stocked

Sterilize medical instruments after each use and assist with inventory management

Perform diagnostic testing including EKG, glucose, INR, urinalysis, and rapid strep

Administer injections, IV therapies, and draw blood for diagnostic testing (within scope)

Coordinate prescription refills with pharmacies upon provider approval

Provide confidential and professional patient support over the phone

Assist with front office duties including phones, filing, and scheduling as needed

Perform additional duties to support daily clinical operations
QUALIFICATIONS

Active Florida licensure as RN or ARNP

BLS certification required

BMO certification preferred

Minimum one year of outpatient or clinical experience preferred
