Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator
SunState Health Staffing is recruiting for a private, physician-owned interventional orthopedic and regenerative medicine practice in Midtown Atlanta.

The Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator will oversee daily operations while serving as the primary patient-facing administrative leader. This role blends office management, patient experience, and financial coordination in a supportive and growth-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily administrative and operational functions
· Implement and maintain efficient workflows and compliance standards
· Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
· Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communication
· Discuss treatment plans and out-of-pocket pricing with professionalism
· Process payments and support revenue tracking
· Assist with outreach and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
· 3–5 years of healthcare administration or office management experience
· EMR proficiency
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Professional demeanor suited for a concierge environment
· BLS certification
Preferred/Nice to have:
· Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or sports medicine
· Experience in concierge or cash-pay practice settings
· Comfort discussing financial matters
· Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
· Healthcare Administration certificate
· Medical billing certification
· Medical Assistant certification a plus
