Are you an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist looking to contribute your expertise to the education sector? We invite you to explore this long-term temporary opportunity based in the Cooper City area - 15 minutes form Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In this pivotal role, you will oversee payroll processes and benefits administration for approximately 250 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute payroll operations for all staff.
  • Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
  • Utilize Paycom software to streamline payroll and benefits tasks.
  • Maintain and update payroll records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional support and communication to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Paycom software is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly favorable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is an advantage.

Compensation: $25 - $33 per hour, commensurate with experience and Paycom software proficiency.
