Sales Representative - East Coast

Primary US Office: Orlando, FL Work Style: Hybrid, with potential for remote arrangements Geographic Consideration: Open to East Coast–based applicants outside Florida; travel to the Orlando office required every 6–8 weeks (company-funded)

FC Staffing has been retained by a global leader in the food and beverage ingredients sector to identify a high-performing sales professional to oversee its expanding East Coast territory. This organization, headquartered in Orlando, develops and supplies premium solutions and specialty ingredients to a wide range of consumer product manufacturers. With rapid growth across North America, the company is adding a Regional Sales Executive to strengthen its commercial presence and accelerate new business.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Executive will spearhead revenue growth throughout the East Coast by cultivating strategic customer relationships and uncovering new opportunities across diverse food and beverage categories. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, this individual will shape and execute regional sales initiatives while partnering with internal R&I, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment on customer projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES
• Lead all commercial activities within the East Coast territory, driving both new business and account expansion.
• Proactively identify prospects through outreach, cold calling, and targeted market engagement.
• Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Purchasing.
• Work cross-functionally with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customized ingredient and flavor solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process—from initial lead generation through project completion and follow-up support.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and value-driven proposals.
• Track market dynamics, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline updates, and business development reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regional conferences.
• Travel up to 50%, including overnight and multi-state trips.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience within Flavors, Natural Ingredients, Food Compounds, or similar non-commodity ingredient categories.
• Demonstrated success in territory management and new business development.
• Solid technical understanding of ingredient functionality and application.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, organized, and effective at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and commercial groups.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or a related discipline preferred (not mandatory).
