SunState Health Staffing has been retained by a boutique, physician-owned concierge orthopedic practice in Midtown Atlanta to recruit a Medical Assistant.

This is not a traditional primary care role. The practice focuses on minimally invasive orthopedic and spine care with an emphasis on regenerative and longevity-based medicine.

This opportunity is ideal for a Medical Assistant seeking long-term growth within a specialized, patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

The Medical Assistant will support in-office procedures, assist with biologics processing, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence in a concierge-style setting.

This role offers stability, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

·         Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories

·         Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure guidance

·         Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling

·         Assist with sterile field preparation and image-guided procedures

·         Support PRP and biologics processing (training provided)

·         Maintain accurate EMR documentation

·         Manage clinical inventory and maintain procedure room readiness

Requirements

·         Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

·         Strong phlebotomy experience

·         CPR/BLS certification

·         Experience maintaining sterile environments

·         3+ years of experience

·         Background in orthopedics, sports medicine, or procedural care preferred

·         Sterile field preparation experience

·         Familiarity with fluoroscopy environments, preferred
