A Test Validation Technician: Responsible for performing detailed engineering level product testing involving electrical, mechanical, temperature and humidity tests within a test team environment.

Experience:
Two-year A.S. technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

PC experience using MS Office applications (Excel) is required.

Detailed oriented, good communication skills, problem solver.

 

JOB Description:
1. Prepare, setup tests per lab test procedures.
2. Ensure tests stay within parameters, set by customer specifications.
3. Analyze Non-Conformance's.
4. Monitor test data, test fixtures and products.
5. Input test data and related information into lab record system.
a. Work with the team to set work schedules and lab priorities.
d. Assist and participate in cross training of lab testing.
e. Shift work hours as necessary.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. General lifting of test equipment and fixtures up to 50 pounds.
2. Occasional overnight travel is possible.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard office environment coupled with a laboratory environment.

Hot and cold temperatures during testing.

 

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour - Depending on experience, plus overtime
