Construction Project Manager

Full-Time:  Location: La Crosse, WI

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project design, estimating, bidding, and construction planning
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Plan labor, equipment, and materials within budget limits
• Build and manage project schedules
• Hire and oversee contractors and staff
• Track progress and prepare reports

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with wood or steel structure construction (commercial,  agricultural, warehouse, retail, or industrial)
• 4+ years of construction project management experience
• Degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business management, construction management, or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of project management or supervisory experience in the construction industry
• Preferably experienced in leading medium to large commercial or industrial projects
