Job Summary:
 

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. Our Facility is a Union Facility:
 
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • 
Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
Use (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.

  • Manage projects related to facility upgrades or equipment installations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • 
Proficiency in HVAC systems, both high and low voltage electrical systems, logic controllers, and reading schematics.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects.
Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs.
