Job Description:
Director of Pre-Construction is responsible: Leading, Planning, Design, Engineering, Drafting, Estimating, Business Development, and pre-sales project management:
- Job Description:
Provide strategy, vision, and business planning processes as a member of the Mgmt. Team.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Lead preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations to our clients.
Provide high-level budget guidance to new and existing clients.
Manage client expectations, deadlines, and deliverables.
Review estimates for accuracy and competitiveness.
Review documents for construct-ability, cost saving opportunities and scope-change.
Manage the complete pre-construction process. - Qualifications:
Strong leadership and business development skills.
Strong organizational and detail oriented skills.
Demonstrated relationship building skills and track record
Excellent technical skills and aptitude
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
10+ years' pre-construction: Working for commercial general contractor and or construction management firm - Compensation:
Base Salary: $125K to 175K
